    Hardwood Flooring Refinishing

Things get worn; it's just the reality of this world that we live, especially when these things are under our feet.

You invested a lot of money into your wood floors and you want them to last a long time. Proper care, cleaning and professional maintenance is a huge part of protecting that investment. You don't want to walk around only in socks, you want to live normal and still maintain a beautiful floor, so before your floor gets too worn, it would bbe a good idea to have us maintain or refinish your floor.

People are always so surprised when seeing the difference of their wood floor after refreshing or refinishing the top coat, as they have just gotten use to the gradual loss of their floors luster. If you think about it, there is a lot of surface area reflecting light, more than any other surface in your home, so it stands to reason that your wood floor will affect the look and feel of your home more than any other surface. Another major benefit to maintaining your floor is that when done properly, you will never have to sand it due to wear, which is much more costly and inconvenient.

Your wood floor should have some professional attention, and the following, are a couple available options:

The first option is to refresh your floor with an oil polishing procedure. We move your furniture, large pieces need not be moved, and then vacuum, mop, buff in our oil, and replace the furniture. This process is the least in cost, there is almost no inconvenience and we are in and out in one day. The only inconvenience is in the cure time of the oil, as it can't be walked on for 6 hours.

The second options is to apply a new coat of finish to your floor, which is a little bit more involved, as all the furniture has to be moved and then replaced several days later. We do have an option available, by which we can cure your flooring finish with UV lights, which would enable us to immediately replace your furniture. In this process, we start by protecting your home by laying down, corner guards, and masking all surfaces that contact the floor, i.e. base boards, door jams, hearth etc. We then vacuum and deep clean your floor with our wet screen, dust free process, which removes any contaminants and small scratches. We fill in all the cracks with a color matched filler which removes dirt and grease pockets and makes your floor look more even. Our last step is to apply the flooring finish. We are in and out in one to two days with a new coat of finish, and your floor is looking new again, with no fuss and low cost.

I ensure the protection of your furniture and valuables so you can rest easy knowing your home is in good hands.
